This photo was captured in the spring of 2010. The rich fresh green colors of spring, flowers, honey bees abuzz. A mild dry temperate climate before the hot humid summer sets in. We moved in August 2003 and made this our home. A view of our entrance, taken underneath a Japanese Maple Leaf Tree. As we enter into the fall season, the leaves turns to a bright red and before they fall to the ground.
Above photo was taken late April early spring of 2011. This year the cherry blossom was spectacular in comparison to previous years. Owing to the mild climate, the cherry blossom hung around for longer than usual.
No matter the season, friends and family, we always end up in our family room. Casual dinners, drinks, wine tasting, watching TV or listening to music, the family room seems to see it all. Hereunder we prepare for an afternoon late lunch, a bottle of wine.
