Winter Cold 2017

Winter arrives late this year. The Fall leaves lingered on for several weeks longer than expected. Until one morning the temperatures dropped below freezing. A gentle cold wind follows, dispersing clouds high and above dancing in the sky.

Bright sun, bare trees, cold crisp air makes for long walks, stoking a fire, glass of wine, friends, a good read.  Hang out outdoors by the fire pit, roast marshmallows. 

Hillsdale is blanketed with snow, a peaceful cold morning awaits us while we breakfast is prepared. We ponder to brave the outdoors to a cold 22 degree temperature.
